• Session identifiers — browser session IDs used to track anonymous visitor activity
• Financial inputs — when you use our calculators, we may process income, debt, down payment, preferred monthly payment, and credit-score range you enter (these are used only for the calculation and are not stored unless you save a profile)
• Private listing-presentation information — seller goals, timing, concerns, communication preferences, property details, approved media, and strategy feedback entered by the agent or seller for a personalized presentation
• Presentation interaction activity — unique-session views, last-viewed time, print actions, contact clicks, approved video-link clicks, and questions or requested changes submitted through a private presentation
• Presentation access controls — private link tokens, expiration settings, and a one-way derived hash when an optional seller passcode is used; plaintext passcodes are not stored
• Analytics or advertising technologies — if enabled, analytics tools may collect usage data (see below)

AI-Assisted Listing Presentations

The Listing Presentation Studio may send selected property facts, seller goals, pricing inputs, and marketing-plan selections to an AI service to prepare an editable strategy draft. Seller contact information and the private reason for moving are intentionally excluded from the AI prompt. AI drafts are not published automatically and must be reviewed and approved by KSM before a private seller link is activated.

Who Receives Your Information

Your inquiry and lead submissions are received by KSM Realty Group and the Phillips & Associates Realty team for the purpose of responding to your request. Selected information may also be processed by service providers that host the website, store private presentation data, deliver email notifications, or generate an agent-review draft. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Analytics and Advertising Technologies

This website may use analytics technologies to understand how visitors use the site. Google Ads tracking is currently disabled and will only be activated when a real conversion ID is configured. If Google Ads tracking is enabled in the future, it will be disclosed here and will respect the site's approved consent configuration.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Private presentation links are configured with expiration controls and may be deactivated by the agent, although internal version and compliance records may be retained as reasonably necessary.
